Mariano Cariola - Our Chairman


Mariano Cariola is Chairman of Cariola Grop, a family company.

The Group born in 2003 with the mission to invest in different industries like Telecommunications, Real Estate, Distribution Channel and Healthcare in United States and Latin America. 

The company has project in Spain, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Peru and Argentina.

Cariola is Member of Argentine American Chambers of Commerce of Florida.

My passion for government and public service lead me to serve in the Florida House of Representatives for eight years.  I now advise other public servants and candidates for office in connection with their campaigns, and consult with private companies and local governments seeking to address issues through public referendums and other ballot measures.  I am also an Adjunct Professor of Election Law at St. Thomas University.

Ed Ricardo


Ed Ricardo became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida in May 1986. He started his career in public accounting as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand, which at the time was a “Big 8” public accounting firm and later worked at local CPA firms before forming his own firm in 1990. Prior to the formation of Jordan, Ricardo & Company P.L. in January 2014, Ricardo was a partner with Jordan Castellon Ricardo, P.L. since June 2003. He was the Director of Business Valuations at CBIZ Accounting, Tax & Advisory of South Florida (a Florida subsidiary of Century Business Services, the nation’s 7th largest accounting firm), where he was a Manager from 1997 to 2002. He has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, taxation, business valuations and litigation support. Ed’s experience also includes providing financial analysis to attorneys regarding insurance claim matters and representing clients in tax controversy matters before the IRS and other taxing authorities.
